Socks and shoes, cities covered in fog, speckled banana peel, Sugar's feathers, greasy sunblock...even facial expressions that cover true emotions... These are just a few of the creative ideas generated by Term 2 KASA (Kids after school art) students in the first weeks of our new topic - IT'S A COVER UP!

AuthorPriya is an artist who lives in the creative, coastal city of Newcastle, Australia. As a teacher (B.Ed), business owner and mother of a delightful teen, she is most passionate about living a happy, creative life. Since opening her art studio to the public in 2013, a growing community of people have had the opportunity to infuse creativity into their lives by attending social nights, classes and workshops. Offering drawing, painting and modelling classes, Priya draws upon over 20 years of experience teaching adults and children in NSW, Victoria and Japan.
